Kathy Griffin Lashes Out At Anderson Cooper And Her Lawyer In A Series of Unhinged Rampages

William Bradshaw

Disgraced comedian Kathy Griffin is losing it.

After staging a gory Trump beheading, Griffin experienced major career blowback. She was fired from her gig at CNN and had a series of show cancelations. Now, Griffin is lashing out at those who abandoned her after the PR fallout. Griffin called former New Years Eve co host Anderson Cooper a “spineless heiress” in a recent interview.

Kathy Griffin called her former CNN New Year’s Eve co-host Anderson Cooper a “spineless heiress” during a recent interview with the Daily Beast. She explained that the term applies to a quote “from my gays” about Cooper, who is gay and the son of heiress Gloria Vanderbilt.

Griffin has also lashed out at her attorney, Lisa Bloom, who staged a disastrous press conference in the wake of the scandal. Griffin asked for a “refund” of the thousands of dollars she paid Bloom.

Prior to her comments on Cooper, Griffin published an angry video to her Facebook page in which she went after attorney Lisa Bloom, who handled her disastrous press conference just after the beheaded photo made headlines.

“If you want my statement, anybody, O.K., here it is: yes, I got Bloomed. Yes, I did not have a good experience with her. I felt that she and her husband exacerbated my personal situation. That horrible press conference was a disaster,” she said last week.

On Saturday, Griffin sent out another Twitter post attacking Bloom, demanding a refund for the “tens of thousands of dollars” paid to the attorney, stating, “Dear @LisaBloom pls stop calling me. If you’d like to refund me the tens of thousands of $$ I wasted on your services maybe I’ll talk to you.”
