A successful triathlon completed by none other than our own Lara Trump – and on International Women’s Day, no less.
Lara was among the 447 athletes who competed in the Las Olas Triathlon in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on March 8. Her time was impressive – she crossed the finish line at 2 hours and 8 minutes, finishing fifth in her age category and 196th overall.
The president’s daughter-in-law actively shows her motivation for fitness, posting frequent workout videos to her Instagram. She’s also competed in several other half-marathons and triathlons.
“Exercise helps me maintain my sanity and it’s a little more important now than ever,” Lara said.
And in her Instagram post, above, she said, “No better day to finish another @lasolastriathlon with my training partner, @emilyjaronson, than #InternationalWomensDay ????♀️ #GirlsWhoTri ??♀️??♀️??♀️”
