As schools across the country close indefinitely, students and families are struggling to find ways to learn from home during a critical time. According to Melania and Ivanka, there are resources that can help.

Scholastic has created free online, day-to-day classes for children which include four separate learning programs meant to “keep kids reading, thinking, and growing.” The program, which kids can do on their own or administered through a parent or teacher, allow for grade level-specific curriculums.

Tech for Learners, launched by SIIA and the White House, also hosts an easy-to-use searchable database, with free and discounted programs, that expands beyond grade school to higher education and the workforce.

In a tweet today, Ivanka thanked the tech community for their steadfast efforts, saying, “I applaud the Ed Tech community for coming together to provide digital learning resources for educators, parents, and students during this critical time.”
