Lara praises father-in-law for pandemic response in new op-ed

“Unprecedented times call for a strong leader,” wrote Lara Trump in a Fox News op-ed Friday morning.
“My father-in-law, President Trump, is showing what leadership looks like in a time of crisis. He is taking bold and historic steps to combat COVID-19.”
The efforts of Donald Trump and the administration have been informed and effective – including travel restrictions on China and Europe, waiving federal interest rates, and deploying tens of thousands of medical supplies and equipment.
