“Incredible response from the AI community to the @WhiteHouse Call to Action to help scientists analyze coronavirus research,” senior adviser Ivanka Trump wrote in a tweet Monday.

Text mining – the process of analyzing a large data set to uncover themes – is now being utilized in the race to fight and cure the coronavirus.

“The issue isn’t a lack of information on the virus. Quite the contrary, it’s an overabundance of information for those trying to navigate the data…,” Doug Dais wrote in an article for Free Think.
