McEnany: ‘Let us stand with law enforcement’

Kayleigh McEnany had another powerful moment in the briefing room on Wednesday when she called attention to the 45 police officers who have been killed so far this year in the U.S.
At the start of Wednesday’s briefing, McEnany said that as a result of the current protests, four officers had been shot in St. Louis, another was shot in Las Vegas and remains on life support, and a number of other officers had been injured across the country.
The struggle that local police departments are having while dealing with the violent riots has led President Trump to consider using the military to help.

USDA’S Farmers to Families Food Box Program
On Thursday, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue announced over five million boxes have been delivered to Americans in need during the nation’s health crisis. This success is due to the Farmers to Families Food Box Program launched in May with the help of senior adviser Ivanka Trump.
“Through this innovative program small and regional distributors are bringing back their workforce to procure food directly from our American farmers and ranchers. Fresh food is getting to those in need, even in the hardest to reach places, through partnerships with food banks, non-profits and faith-based communities,” Ivanka said.
