Blackburn on Trump’s Fourth of July speech: One of the best that he has given

Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R) says that President Donald Trump’s Fourth of July speech was one of the best he’s given.
“I thought the speech was absolutely one of the best that he has given and how appropriate that he reminded the American people and that we are unique and that you can bet on hope or you can bet on fear,” Blackburn said on Fox News.
Liberals took issue with the president’s speech calling it extremely divisive.
“With his hate-filled slurred speech at the foot of Mt. Rushmore, Trump has planted the Confederate flag atop his Presidency. His message is clear: a vote for him is a vote for White Supremacy,” tweeted actor Rob Reiner.
Democrats also continue to take issue with the president’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic saying that he is failing to lead. Some Republicans have even called on Trump to start wearing a face mask to lead by example.
“This Fourth of July, one of the most patriotic things you can do is wear a mask,” tweeted Democrat nominee Joe Biden, an obvious stab at the president.
During his Saturday speech, Trump said he will safeguard America’s values from enemies within, leftists, looters and agitators.
“We are now in the process of defeating the radical left, the anarchists, the agitators, the looters, and the people who, in many instances, have absolutely no clue what they are doing,” Trump said. “We will never allow an angry mob to tear down our statues, erase our history, indoctrinate our children.”
During his speech at Mount Rushmore Friday evening, Trump put forward the idea of establishing a “National Garden of American Heroes” that will pay tribute to prominent figures in U.S. history.
The group of 30-plus Americans features presidents, civil rights leaders, aviation innovators, explorers and generals.
Blackburn praised the president’s idea.
“Those of us that studied history and appreciate history can tick through that list and tell you something of significance that each of those individuals did or said that inspired us in some way,” she said. “So, as they are putting this list together, I think it is really wonderful and how appropriate.”

Of course the libtards like Riener and the rest of the commie west coasters complained about the speech because it was very good and struck a chord with those of us who still understand that being a patriot is a good thing nationalism only equates to fascism and white supremacy in the Lefty thesaurus so since it didn’t fit the narrative, it has to go!
Rob Reiner is nothing but an asshole piece of shit
