Squad members AOC, Omar team up with radical who said ‘America deserved 9/11’ to get out the Dem vote
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC), (D-NY) and Representative Ilhan Omar, (D-MN) teamed up yesterday with a radical leftist communist who says that America deserved the 9/11 attack.
AOC and Omar were joined by Hasan Piker on the gaming site Twitch to help get out the vote for Democrats. Piker was suspended by the gaming site last year for telling Representative Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) that the US deserved the attack on 9/11.
“America deserved 9/11, dude. F— it, I’m saying it,” said Piker at the time.

Later Piker took refuge in that last hope of the exactly quoted by saying that he was misunderstood, he was taken out of context, and “obviously” he didn’t mean what he said, even though he said what he said exactly.
“Obviously, 9/11 was a horrific tragedy,” said Piker, explaining his comments. “3,000 Americans died, OK? Seven thousand troops have died since then in endless wars. And if you’re spending all of your energy getting upset at me because I think that is abhorrent and awful, maybe you should spend your energy elsewhere and realize that those who justify the endless bloodshed don’t actually have the best interest of those young men and women at heart.”
Or maybe he should look at Joe Biden’s record in those so-called endless wars, in comparison to Trump’s record in ending those endless wars.
As the Atlantic noted in the last year of the Obama-Biden administration, they promised to end the wars, but if anything, Obama-Biden accelerated the violence in the Middle East.
“Under Obama, the United States has been at war for 2,687 days,” said Rolling Stone in May of 2016. “That’s longer than under George W. Bush — or any other U.S. president, for that matter.”
Under eight years of Obama-Biden, there were about 2,500 US troops killed in Afghanistan and Iraq. In the nearly four years of Trump, there have been fewer than 120 deaths in both countries combined.
Critics were quick to tag AOC and Omar not just for being with a 9/11 hypocrite and apologist, but also because Piker is an avowed communist.

The appearance doesn’t come as a shock if one considers that Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden’s strategy seems to be to go on an apology tour, talking about how imperfect America is in order to close the deal with American voters.
AOC, Omar and Piker are pretty good at that.
