Biden campaign responds to damning presser lib media conveniently ignored
In a statement to the press, the campaign of Democrat presidential nominee Joe Biden carefully denied that he ever profited from a deal with Chinese overlords while also seemingly reserving the right to say later that he personally profited from his Chinese overlords.
The statement was made in relation to charges from former Biden business partner, Tony Bobulinksi, who made news this week for authenticating emails from Hunter Biden that detailed a plan to get millions in stock and cash from a Chinese energy company on behalf of the Biden family.
The Biden statement starts off saying that “there is no indication [according to Biden’s tax return] he [Biden] got any money from anybody in these business deals.”
That’s far short of “I never took any money from the Chinese” expected of Biden, and far short of what is considered the proper denial for innocent people. Guilty people use weasel words to prevaricate as this statement does.

Next, the campaign denied that Joe Biden “even considered being involved in business with his family [or] in any overseas business whatsoever.”
The flies in the face of the evidence that Hunter Biden himself created by writing an email that specifically stated that the Democrat nominee for President was expecting payment for the arrangement with the Chi-Com energy company.
As the New York Post revealed last week, an email from Hunter Biden to Bobulinksi detailed compensation the Biden family expected from the Chinese energy concern in return for using the family connections. Those terms included a $10 million payment and stock for various members of the family, including “the big guy,” who Bobulinski identified as Joe Biden.
If the emails are authentic, then there is plenty to investigate based on the non-denials thus far.
“He has never held stock in any such business arrangements, nor has any family member or any other person ever held stock for him,” the Biden campaign continued.
It’s possible that statement is right, but it doesn’t address getting paid cash from the deal. It’s also possible that he’s sidestepping the issue by just talking about the deal addressed in the email.
Again, it’s not an outright denial.
During a short presser that received virtually no attention from larger, left-leaning media outlets, Bobulinski sought to “set the record straight” regarding the Biden business dealings.
“I have heard Joe Biden say he has never discussed his dealings with Hunter. That is false. I have firsthand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden,” Bobulinski said in a statement calling Joe Biden a liar.
“I have also heard that Vice President Biden said on Tuesday, that Senator Ron Johnson, the chair of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, should be ashamed for suggesting the Biden family sought to profit from their name,” he continued, noting that everything he is saying is “corroborated by emails, WhatsApp chats, agreements, documents and other evidence.” He even physically produced “three phones that spanned the years 2015 through 2018,” implying the aforementioned information is contained on those devices.
The media did little to cover in the incriminating press conference, perhaps too engrossed in the then-impending presidential debate.
