Extreme bias: Trump readies attorneys as PA’s Dem AG claims no way Trump wins if all votes counted
Democrat Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro, the top law enforcement officer in the state is facing calls for recusal in election matters after claiming that if all the votes are counted in Pennsylvania, President Donald Trump will lose the state.
“If all the votes are added up in PA, Trump is going to lose. That’s why he’s working overtime to subtract as many votes as possible from this process,” tweeted Shapiro. “For the record, he’s 0-6 against us in court. We’ve protected voting rights. Now, ignore the noise—vote!”
The Trump campaign has been locked in a legal contest with Shapiro over extensions of the vote count in PA. The Trump campaign seeks to limit the counting, while Democrats want to keep the count going until they come up with enough votes to deny the state to Trump.
But either way, Shaprio’s tweet shows bias not just on the legal facts, but on the outcome.

That’s not a good look for an law enforcement officer. It’s one thing to declare that that law is supposed to be enforced a certain way. It’s a whole other thing to say that your side will win an election if the law is enforced a certain way.
The Democrats are beginning to worry the inevitable victory that the polls have forecast in most places for Biden is slipping away, including in Pennsylvania. Liberals are also seeking to battle liberal complacency after forecasting victory.
“I am worried about Pennsylvania,” said Neil Oxman, a veteran Democratic strategist based in the state. Oxman cited several concerns, including the possibility that Trump’s base “will come out just a little bit stronger than our base,” says the Washington Post.
Trump has been hosting huge rallies in the state, benefiting from Biden’s several claims to shut down the energy business in the state if elected. Over the weekend, social media was awash with photos of Trump rallies packed to the rafters, with photos marked “Not photoshopped” to combat the usual liberal claims about Trump rallies.

Over the weekend, one Biden strategist said that Biden could win, even if he lost Pennsylvania, which says that the Democrats have at least thought about the possibility of a Biden loss.
“Going into these last few days, we still have a number of paths to 270 on election night,” said Molly Ritner, Biden’s deputy states director. While the campaign doesn’t believe it needs to, she added, “We can win without Pennsylvania.”
“It’s hard not to look at this crowd that Trump assembled in Butler, PA and not be completely terrified that he could win again,” said Rebecca Katz, founder of New Deal Strategies and a promoter of progressive candidates & causes.

While they may have other paths to an Electoral College victory without Pennsylvania, it would be difficult for Trump to win if he doesn’t win in the Keystone state.
That’s why Shapiro is posturing.
And that’s why the state has been ground zero in the battle over extending the vote count after Tuesday.
“I have to be very, very careful, especially in this state, more than any other state,” Trump said in Newtown about the vote in PA. “We have to be extremely — everybody has to watch, be vigilant.”
