Kamala Harris’ new ‘equality of outcome’ video decried as full blown ‘Karl Marx’ communist pitch
Democratic vice-presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris made a video on ‘equality of outcome’ that she shared on Twitter over the weekend. It gives voice to a leftist-progressive narrative in favor of the Communist principle of equality of outcome. It’s animated and Harris posted it on Sunday afternoon. In the video, a white man and a black man are staring up at a mountain they are attempting to climb. It is symbolic and very reminiscent of communist propaganda.
Each man is given the same length of rope. But the problem depicted is that the white man is standing by the end of his rope while the black man is at the bottom of a cliff and unable to reach his rope. The message is one of imagined divisive racial inequality.
Harris narrated the clip by saying, “So there’s a big difference between equality and equity. Equality suggests, ‘Oh, everyone should get the same amount.’”
“The problem with that [is] not everybody’s starting out from the same place. So if we’re all getting the same amount but you started out back there and I started out over here, we could get the same amount, but you’re still going to be that far back behind me,” she stated, as the white man climbed the mountain while the black man watched from below.
Harris goes on as the ground in the video begins to rise up, allowing the black man to reach the rope and for both men to reach the mountain’s summit. “It’s about giving people the resources and support they need so that everyone can be on equal footing, and then compete on equal footing. Equitable treatment means we all end up at the same place,” she ended with a flourish.
Since her post, Harris has been slammed as pushing a communist message that most Americans abhor. Some are arguing that while equal opportunity is inherently American, enforced equal outcomes are an example of communism by ensuring that each person gets the same result. It’s straight out of Karl Marx and the “Communist Manifesto.” House Republican Conference Committee Chair Liz Cheney (R-WY) sees it in precisely that way. She tweeted, “Sounds just like Karl Marx. A century of history has shown where that path leads. We all embrace equal opportunity, but government-enforced equality of outcomes is Marxism.”
Sounds just like Karl Marx.

Cheney was not alone in her assessment. Trump campaign Deputy Director of Communications Matt Wolking responded, “Full blown Marxist.”
Texas Congressman and former Navy SEAL Dan Crenshaw tweeted out, “The false promise of the left, in 1 minute. Start out with a well-intentioned point on equality of opportunity, only to end it with the true Marxist intent: equity in outcomes. They leave out the part where equity must be enforced with unequal -and tyrannical- treatment”
Harris is widely seen as the most radical leftist Senator in the Democrat Party. This video adds even more to her creds. And even though Biden tries to distance himself from it, when his running mate puts out a message such as this it is assumed he condones it. Harris’ tweet is more in line with the sentiments of Bernie Sanders, an open socialist.
The video will almost certainly help President Trump in his re-election campaign.
Two days before the election, Kamala Harris tweets a video that endorses everyone ending up at the same place (equality of outcome), which is the goal of communism.
Donald Trump couldn't have written a better video for Harris to tweet out to moderates with under 48 hours to go. https://t.co/J3qDMBy3ET

So she's openly making the argument that inequality of outcome is in and of itself inequity. Which is called communism. https://t.co/IJ5OKJwpOw
