A new poll released over the weekend by NBC News of all places contained an avalanche of bad news for the so-called most popular president in American history.

71 percent of adults, including nearly half of Democrats, believe this country is moving in the wrong direction. 57 percent disapprove of Biden’s handling of the economy and his overall approval rating tanked to 42 percent, a 14 percentage point drop since June.
