Former President Trump’s daughter-in-law, who is married to his son Eric, just became a music success with a remake of the late-’80s Tom Petty song “I Won’t Back Down,” suggesting that America wants to return to better days, in the same way Trump’s political success represents a return to old school conservatism.

It also seems to be a tribute to the fact that her father-in-law is not going to back down or give the left even an inch as he fights to save his businesses and family while retaking the presidency in 2024.

That’s not the only chart that the song did well on either. It went to #2 on iTunes’ country chart, outperforming Zach Bryan’s “I Remember Everything” and Oliver Anthony’s “Rich Men North of Richmond.”

“The tune debuts at No. 10 on this week’s Digital Song Sales chart, which tracks the bestselling tunes in America. Trump’s cover arrives inside the highest tier on the tally, with just under 3,500 copies sold, according to numbers shared by Luminate,” Forbes reported.

“Trump’s single is one of the top debuts of the week on the Digital Song Sales chart, with her tune coming in behind new releases like Jung Kook and Jack Harlow’s ‘3D’ at No. 1, NSYNC’s ‘Better Place’ at No. 2 and Thomas Rhett and Morgan Wallen’s ‘Mamaw’s House’ at No. 7. Impressively, Trump outperforms new singles from U2, The Rolling Stones and Lady Gaga, among others,” the news outlet noted.

It looks like the song is a monster hit for Lara Trump.

“In addition to reaching the all-genre Digital Song Sales chart, Trump’s rendition of the late-’80s hit also appears on the Country Digital Song Sales tally. On that more specific list, ‘I Won’t Back Down’ starts at No. 6, earning the second-loftiest opening of the week, coming in behind the aforementioned ‘Mamaw’s House’ at No. 3,” Forbes added.

The song also appeared on Apple Music and hit #4 on Amazon’s country music chart.

Lara Trump claims that her song has been shadow-banned on music streaming platforms amid other accusations of censorship.

According to Gateway Pundit, a billboard advertiser in Times Square removed her name and the song’s title from an ad that was supposed to be seen by millions. A lawsuit is reportedly not out of the question over the matter either.

Mailman Media and its new sub-label, First Class Records put out the song. That’s the same outfit that produced “Justice for All,” featuring Donald Trump and the J6 Choir.

They also did Kari Lake’s “81 Million Votes My Ass” which was a hit as well, hitting #1 on two Billboard charts. The song also reached number one on iTunes and number 3 on Amazon Music.

“First Class Records is proud to announce that our inaugural release & Lara Trump’s first single, ‘I Won’t Back Down,’ will debut on the Billboard Digital Song Sales Chart, the Billboard Country Digital Song Sales chart, and potentially three additional Billboard charts- Emerging Artists, First Timers, & Hot Country Singles,” First Class Records label president LJ Fino told Gateway Pundit.

“I never dreamed that this record would reach number 2 on the iTunes country chart — to be sandwiched between Toby Keith and Zach Bryan is mind-boggling for someone who hasn’t made music my career. To be recognized on the prestigious Billboard chart, despite the blatant efforts to suppress it, is incredible! I am truly humbled and honored by all of the people who listened and downloaded over the past week,” Lara Trump told the conservative outlet.
