The FBI, long accused of incompetence and corruption, reportedly accidentally stumbled on a global Satanic pedophile cult.
The story traces back to 2021, when an anonymous tipster informed the FBI about violent social media posts from a young New York City man named Angel Almeida, 23.
The feds subsequently searched Almeida’s apartment, where they found a 9mm handgun, rifle ammunition, and books/flags referencing a group called 764. Upon performing some research on 764, they discovered the worst.
“[T]he group is an offshoot of the Order of Nine Angles (O9A), a violent, subversive amalgam of esoteric Hitler worship, Satanism and Wiccan tenets that American authorities recognize as a terrorist ideology and that has been connected with murders and attempted terrorist attacks in countries including the US, Britain, Germany, Canada and Russia,” according to The Guardian.
Indeed, according to the New York Post, one of Almeida’s social media posts “showed him posing with ammunition strapped to his chest, in front of a black flag bearing the logo of the Order of Nine Angels,” the latter of which is also known as O9A.
Its offshoot, 764, reportedly targets kids between the ages of 8 and 17 who are either minorities, who are part of the LGBT movement, or who have mental health issues.
“Researchers familiar with 764 indicate the group’s members cultivate ties with minors through a wide range of platforms: either in wildly popular games like Roblox or gaming communications platforms like Discord and Twitch, as well as curated playlists on the streaming service SoundCloud. The group’s main form of communication is on Telegram,” The Guardian notes.
According to an FBI bulletin, the group then uses “threats, blackmail and manipulation” to force the teens to engage in evil acts, including “self-harm, sexually explicit acts, and/or suicide.”
“[T]he footage is then circulated among members to extort victims further and exert control over them,” the bulletin notes.
The group reportedly boasts a number of aliases, including 676, 764, CVLT, Court, Kaskar, Harm Nation, Leak Society, and H3ll.
All of them “operate on publicly available platforms, such as social media sites or mobile applications,” and to earn entry into the group, “prospective members are required to live-stream or upload videos depicting their minor victims harming animals or committing self-harm, suicide, murder, or other acts of violence,” according to the bulletin.
The group reportedly contains several thousand participants, a couple hundred of whom are “highly active,” according to The Guardian, and routinely “generate and disseminate the bulk of the child pornography and gore videos found in the group’s [social media] channels.”
Included among its members are plenty of non-Americans. In fact, a German teen who allegedly murdered his foster family in Romania is believed to be a member of the group.
Dovetailing back to Almeida’s apartment, the authorities also found an O9A “blood covenant” that The Guardian notes featured “a blood-smeared drawing of a hooded figure with glowing red eyes surrounded with sigils for four O9A deities and the caption Vindex, Nythra, Satan and Abatu.”
Situated at the bottom of the page was an oath: “A covenant signed in blood. May the DEVIL walk with you always – SATANAE MANIBUS.”
“Similar indicia have been found in possession of O9A-influenced killers in Britain and Canada,” The Guardian notes.

As for Almeida, he was originally arrested and charged with possession of a firearm. After investigating his connections to 764, prosecutors later added child pornography and child exploitation charges.
“In the new charges, prosecutors allege Almeida coerced a teenage girl into having sexual relations with an older man and convinced another girl to cut herself, record the act on camera and send it to him,” The Guardian notes.
Almeida was reportedly deemed fit for trial earlier this month, despite behaving very erratically in court. He’s thus far attacked a Justice Department staffer and attacked his own counsel. In fact, he’s reportedly gone through four different attorneys since his 2021 arrest.
The one question on everybody’s mind now is why the FBI hadn’t made a move against 764 earlier. Well, the reason why is because it used to prop up its parent group, O9A.
“The Federal Bureau of Investigation also indirectly helped accelerate the spread of O9A by employing Joshua Caleb Sutter, the head of the Tempel ov Blood nexion and prolific publisher of O9A-related books through his Martinet Press imprint, as a paid informant for almost 20 years,” according to Rolling Stone magazine.
